Cafe D'Lite Aberdeen - Laska
Cafe D'Lite is one of the more popular stalls in Aberdeen. They're most known for their Hainanese Chicken and Laska dishes. I've tried both, and I'm come to the conclusion that I'm not a fan of Cafe D'Lite.
This was just way too oily. There was an inch of oil floating around on the top. There were only about 5 pieces of small fish balls and 3 pieces of tofu, that were sliced in half. As for the broth, the laska wasn't strong enough, and flavours just fell flat. They gave way too much noodle to compensate for the lack of fish balls. I don't think I would order this again.
